Chang Chun Eurasia Group Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2021. For the first quarter, the company announced sales was CNY 2,021.586 million compared to CNY 1,769.990 million a year ago. Operating income was CNY 91.538 million compared to CNY 2.537 million a year ago. Net income was CNY 11.912 million compared to net loss of CNY 22.031 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was CNY 0.07 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of CNY 0.14 a year ago.

The Real Estate segment is mainly engaged in real estate development and property leasing. The Other segment is mainly engaged in property services, catering services and other businesses. The Company mainly operates its businesses in the domestic market.
