Changchun UP Optotech Co.,Ltd. agreed to acquire 40% of stake in Changchun Aerospace Composite Materials Co Ltd. from Lin Zaiwen, Liu Yongqi, Shang Weihui, Zou Zhiwei, Changchun Kuaixiang Composites Investment Center (Limited Partnership) and Changchun Feiixiang Composites Investment Center (Limited Partnership) for approximately 310 million.

Changchun UP Optotech Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:002338) agreed to acquire 40% of stake in Changchun Aerospace Composite Materials Co Ltd. from Lin Zaiwen, Liu Yongqi, Shang Weihui, Zou Zhiwei, Changchun Kuaixiang Composites Investment Center (Limited Partnership) and Changchun Feiixiang Composites Investment Center (Limited Partnership) for approximately 310 million on August 3, 2022. Out of CNY 312.8 million, CNY 172.04 will be paid on achieving certain net profit milstones. Changchun Aerospace has a total assets of CNY 296 million and net asset of CNY 140 million As of May 31, 2022. The board of Changchun UP Optotech has approved the deal. The transaction still needs to be submitted to Changchun UP Optotech general meeting of shareholders for consideration and approval.
Changchun UP Optotech Co.,Ltd. is a China-based company principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture and sale of photoelectric measurement and control equipment and photoelectric materials. The Companyâs main products include photoelectric measurement and control equipment, photoelectric materials, optoelectronic devices and optical grating sensor products, among others. The Company mainly distributes its products in domestic market.
