INSIDE INFORMATION WITHDRAWAL OF APPLICATION FOR THE PROPOSED A SHARE OFFERING

This announcement is made by Changsha Broad Homes Industrial Group Co., Ltd. (the "Company") pursuant to Rule 13.09(2) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules") and the Inside Information Provisions (as defined in the Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571, Laws of Hong Kong).

References are made to the Company's announcements dated May 15, 2020, June 18, 2020, July 8, 2020, September 11, 2020, September 30, 2020 and December 22, 2020 respectively, and the circular dated June 22, 2020 (the "Circular"), in relation to (among others) the Proposed A Share Offering and related matters. Unless otherwise stated, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Circular.

As at the date of this announcement, the application for the Proposed A Share Offering has not yet been examined and approved by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and registered with the CSRC.

In view of the decision on adjusting the A Share listing plan of the Company, and after careful studies and discussion with the intermediaries involved in the Proposed A Share Offering and as considered and approved by the Board on the board meeting held on March 16, 2021, the Company decided to withdraw the application for the Proposed A Share Offering. The withdrawal application is subject to the acceptance by the relevant PRC authorities.

The Board does not expect the withdrawal of the application for the Proposed A Share Offering to give rise to any material adverse effect on the financial position or operations of the Company.
