ORDER DETAILS OF PC UNIT MANUFACTURING BUSINESS IN THE

FIRST QUARTER OF 2021 AND NEW BUSINESS UPDATE

This announcement is made by Changsha Broad Homes Industrial Group Co., Ltd. (the "Company" and, together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") pursuant to Rule 13.09 (2) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules") and the Inside Information Provisions (within the meaning of the Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong). The purpose of this announcement is to provide the shareholders of the Company (the "Shareholders") and potential investors with the latest business update of the Group.

The board of directors of the Company (the "Board") is pleased to announce that:

1. The order details of the Group's PC unit manufacturing business as of March 31, 2021 are as follows:
   The total new contract value of the PC unit manufacturing business increased by 273.3% from RMB311.2 million for the first quarter of 2020 to RMB1,161.7 million for the first quarter of 2021.
   The total backlog of the PC unit manufacturing business increased by 54.8% from RMB3,874.0 million as at March 31, 2020 to RMB5,997.9 million as at March 31, 2021.
2. New business update: On March 28, 2021, Changsha Broad Homes Modules Integration Technology Co., Ltd. ( 長 沙 遠 大 模 塊 集 成 科 技 有 限 公 司), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, launched the brand new modular space product of "Box Modul" in Changsha. The product uses high-techsilicon-based composite materials to break through the limitations of time, space and land, and can be moved, disassembled and reused, which shortens the turnaround time of delivery to hours. As of March 31, 2021, we have entered into a product distribution cooperation agreement with a sales amount of RMB750.0 million.
