Changshu Guorui Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300600) signed an agreement to acquire additional 22.5% stake in Zhejiang Beikun Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. from WuHan NanHua Industrial Equipments Engineering Co., Ltd for CNY 4.5 million on March 31, 2021. Changshu Guorui Technology will undertake the payment obligations of CNY 4.5 million. Post the transaction, Changshu Guorui Technology will hold 62.5% stake and WuHan NanHua Industrial Equipments Engineering Co., Ltd. will hold 17.5%. Zhejiang Beikun Intelligent Technology has total assets of CNY 3.4 million, net assets of CNY 2.5 million and net profit of -CNY 1.7 million for the year ended December 31, 2021. The transaction has been approved by the Board of Directors of Changshu Guorui Technology and does not need the shareholders’ approval.
