Zhanjinsi Feilipu agreed to acquire Almaden Europe GmbH from Changzhou Almaden Co., Ltd. for €0.03 million on March 21, 2018. The consideration will be paid in cash. As of December 31, 2017, Almaden Europe had total assets of €1.097 million, net assets of €0.15 million, revenue of €1.88 million and net loss of €0.32 million. The transaction does not need approval from the Board of Directors of Changzhou Almaden nor the shareholders' meeting.
