Changzhou Almaden Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002623) agreed to acquire Fengyang Silicon Valley Intelligence Co., Ltd. from A group of investors on December 23, 2021. The consideration will be in cash and stock. The transaction will be financed through supporting funds raised by non-public offering of shares to no more than 35 qualified specific investors. The transaction is subject to audit, evaluation and due diligence and has been approved by board of Changzhou Almaden Co., Ltd.
Changzhou Almaden Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002623) cancelled the acquisition of Fengyang Silicon Valley Intelligence Co., Ltd. from a group of investors on December 2, 2022. The board of Changzhou Almaden has approved termination of share issuance and payment proposal on December 2, 2022.
