Chargeurs announced that in line with the strategy to speed the pace of business growth, the group is expanding its Executive Committee with the appointment of two new members reporting to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer: Joëlle Fabre-Hoffmeister, Secretary General, and Olivier Buquen, Executive VP International Business Development. Under the leadership of Michaël Fribourg, Chargeurs' Chairman and CEO, the Executive Committee is responsible for implementing the strategy decided by the Board of Directors and running the group's businesses. As Secretary General, Joëlle Fabre-Hoffmeister has direct responsibility for Human Resources and Internal Communications, and she also oversees the Legal and Tax Departments. Working with the Chief Financial Officer, she leads implementation of the group's risk management strategy and helps to define Chargeurs' corporate social responsibility and sustainable development model. As Executive VP International Business Development, Olivier Buquen is responsible for supporting the Group's strategic growth and international expansion. Returning to the private sector, he will be responsible for the Group's international operations.
