Chargeurs has published a positive net income (group share) of 1.5 million euros for 2023, compared with 22.1 million for the previous year, with ROPA (operating income from activities) down 42.3% at 26.6 million.

The group explains that it was affected by the exceptionally low ROPA of CAM (Chargeurs Advanced Materials), which was hit by a difficult environment for more than half the year. At 653.2 million euros, the Group's sales were down 6.9% on an organic basis.

For 2024, Chargeurs expects to generate positive operating cash flow once again, and to return to a more normal level of RNPG. Consequently, it intends to redistribute a dividend in 2025 in respect of the financial year just begun.
