Contents of the report:
The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. ('Company', 'Issuer') informs that on November 27, 2018, the Company received a notification from UNITED Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw (Notifying Company) pursuant to art. 69 par. 1 points 1 and 4 and art. 87 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies (hereinafter: the Act), in which UNITED S.A. informs that its subsidiary BIOERG S.A. (hereinafter: BIOERG) exceeded 10% of votes in the total number of votes of the Issuer.

The shareholder provided the following information in the letter:
1. Date and type of incident causing notification
On November 27, 2018, BIOERG exceeded 10% of votes in the total number of votes of the Company in connection with the acquisition on November 27, 2018 of 3,269,343 shares issued by Chemoserwis-Dwory S.A.
2. Number of shares held before the change in the share and their percentage share in the share capital of the Company and the number of votes from these shares and their percentage share in the total number of votes
Prior to the incident causing notification, BIOERG and its related parties and subsidiaries did not hold Issuer's shares.
3. Number of shares currently held and their percentage share in the share capital of the Company and the number of votes attached to these shares and their percentage share in the total number of votes
Number of shares held: 3,259,343
Percentage share in the share capital of the Company: 13.03%
Number of votes from owned shares: 3 259 343
Percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting: 13.03%
In addition, BIOERG informs that there are no other subsidiaries or affiliates holding shares of the Issuer and there are no persons referred to in art. 87 section 1 point 3 letter c of the Act.
