ChemX Materials Limited is an Australia-based advanced materials technology company. The Company’s principal activity is mining exploration and the development of its propriety high purity alumina (HiPurA) technology. The Company’s projects are focused on the critical materials required for electrification and decarbonization. The Company owns the HiPurA High Purity Alumina (HPA), which is a high value critical material used in lithium-ion batteries to manufacture ceramic separators, which provides increased thermal insulation for improved safety and charging. HPA is also a critical ingredient in the production of synthetic sapphire used in light-emitting diodes, semiconductors and optical lenses. It owns 100% of two exploration tenements on the Eyre Peninsula in South Australia, EL 5920 and EL 6634 covering a combined area of 718 square kilometers. The tenements are located 115 kilometers south-west of Whyalla in South Australia, a significant mining and industrial city with ready.
