Chewy Inc. has launched "Chatty Pets," a campaign that puts a spotlight on pet personalities and allows pets to express innermost thoughts.

The endeavor, a collabration with creative agency 72andSunny, focuses on the excitement a pet may have when a Chewy delivery arrives, according to a press release.

"All of us at Chewy are obsessed with exploring how pets think and how we can add more joy to people's relationships with their pets," Orlena Yeung, Chewy VP of brand marketing, said in the release. "One of the most consistent and rewarding things we hear from customers is the enthusiasm their pets display when a Chewy box arrives. 'Chatty Pets' illustrates the purity of this reaction with a warmth and playfulness that are true to the spirit of our brand."

The campaign features five pets: Joy, a cat with a flair for the dramatic, Lenny and Leroy, best bud bunnies, and Giorgio and Ralph, a chihuahua and 200-pound "gregarious fellow," who have very different takes on the delivery arrival.

"If you are a pet owner, you are well aware that pets communicate without speaking. You may even have a specific voice in your head for what your pet sounds like. We tapped into that truth and applied it to one of your pet's favorite moments; the delivery of their Chewy box," Bo MacDonald, creative director, 72andSunny Los Angeles, said in the release
