Chia Tai Enterprises International Limited Announces Resignation of Yao Minpu as Executive Director and Member of the Corporate Governance Committee

The board of directors of Chia Tai Enterprises International Limited announced that Mr. Yao Minpu has retired from his employment with the Group and resigned as an executive director and a member of the corporate governance committee of the company with effect from 11 December 2018.
