Chian Hsing Forging Industrial Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2021. For the first quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 621.730 million compared to TWD 487.784 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 68.333 million compared to TWD 46.147 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 55.094 million compared to TWD 30.723 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.72 compared to TWD 0.4 a year ago.
Chian Hsing Forging Industrial Co Ltd is a Taiwan-based company mainly engaged in the forging manufacture and processing of automobile parts, bicycle parts, motorcycle parts and mechanical hardware parts. The automobile parts include transmission parts, suspension forgings, chassis parts, gears, clutches and others. The bicycle parts include steering bearings, crank bearings, transmissions, pedals and others. The motorcycle parts include steering bearings, transmission rod bases, transmission main and counter shafts, gears, aluminum bottles and others. The mechanical hardware parts include sports equipment parts, crankshafts, high-pressure joints, screw caps, alloy bearing forgings, pipeline forgings and others. The Company is also engaged in the provision of rail car forgings. The Company operates within the domestic market and to overseas markets, including the Americas and mainland China.
