The real estate was originally seized and registered by
the procurator of the Tainan District Procuratorate of
Taiwan at the request of the Tainan District Court of
Taiwan to seize it in the 2018 Annual Sound Buckle Zi
No. 22 and 23 Rulings.
The Company paid a guarantee of NT$12 million in
accordance with the criminal ruling of the Tainan Branch
of the Taiwan High Court, and allowed the cancellation
of all prohibited disposals of immovable property.
