CHANGE OF COMPOSITION OF BOARD COMMITTEES

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of Chiho Environmental Group Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") announces that Mr. Wong Wun Lam ("Mr. Wong") has tendered his resignation as the Chief Financial Officer (the "CFO"), Executive Director of the Company and the director of certain subsidiaries of the Company with effect from 20 December 2019 due to his desire to devote more time on other endeavors.

CHANGE OF COMPOSITION OF BOARD COMMITTEES

Mr. Wong has tendered his resignation as a member of each of the Executive Committee, the Strategy and Investment Committee and the Pricing Committee of the Company with effect from 20 December 2019.

Mr. Wong has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and he is not aware of any matter in relation to his respective resignations that should be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
