Chimera Energy Corporation announced the appointment of Baldemar Rios as its new Chairman and CEO. Mr. Rios has more than 30 years' experience in a diverse range of energy related industries. For the last several months Mr. Rios has been working directly with PEMEX on Chimera's Non-Hydraulic Extraction technology.
