(SHSE:600195) held the tenth extraordinary meeting of the eighth board of directors in 2023, reviewed and approved the Acquisition of 65% Equity in Chengdu Zhongmu Biological Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
China Animal Husbandry Industry Co., Ltd. is a China-based company, principally engaged in the manufacture and sales of biological products for livestock.
