CHINA DREDGING ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION HOLDINGS LIMITED The board of directors of Xiangyu Dredging Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Chan Ming Sun Jonathan has been appointed as an independent non-executive Director of the company with effect from November 30, 2012. Upon his appointment as an independent non-executive Director of the Company, Mr. Chan is also appointed as member of the company's audit committee, remuneration committee and nomination committee with effect from November 30, 2012. Mr. Chan worked in an international accounting firm for about five years and currently, he is an associate director of Go-To-Asia Investment Limited.
Mr. Chan is also an independent non-executive director of Hao Tin Resources Group Limited and Shenyang Public Utility Holdings Company Limited, whose securities are listed on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and of China Data Broadcasting Holdings Limited, whose securities are listed on the growth enterprise market of the Stock Exchange. He was also an independent non- executive director of Capital VC Limited, a company whose securities are listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange, between August 2004 and April 2012.
