WINNING THE BID FOR THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT OF

TJSG2 SECTION OF THE NUOSHUIHE-GUANGWUSHAN HIGHWAY

(MICANG ROAD) BY A SUBSIDIARY OF THE COMPANY

This announcement is made by China Energy Engineering Corporation Limited (the "Company") on a voluntary basis.

The board of directors of the Company (the "Board") is pleased to announce that, recently, China Gezhouba Group Co., Ltd.* (中國葛洲壩集團股份有限公司) ("CGGC"), a subsidiary of the

Company, received the bid-winning notice from the Bazhong Highway Bureau, that CGGC has won

the bid for the construction project of TJSG2 Section of the Nuoshuihe-Guangwushan Highway (Micang Road)* (諾水河至光霧山公路（米倉大道）) (the "Project").

The Project mainly comprises of the construction of a new highway of 16.52 kilometers, including the building of 3 grand bridges, 19 large bridges, 3 medium bridges, 12 culverts, 3 tunnels, 2 intersections and 1 connection line, with a bridge-to-tunnel ratio of 77.9%. The bid-winning amount of the Project is RMB2.386 billion, and the construction period is 48 months.
