China Glaze Co.,Ltd. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 622.08 million compared to TWD 722.66 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 1.64 million compared to TWD 37.79 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.01 compared to TWD 0.23 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.01 compared to TWD 0.23 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was TWD 1,735.56 million compared to TWD 1,988.53 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 8.51 million compared to net income of TWD 89.63 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.05 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.54 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.05 compared to diluted earnings per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.53 a year ago.

The Companyâs products mainly include color glazes, jade stones, composite crystal stones, nanocrystalline jade stones, light-emitting diode (LED) photoelectric phosphors and others. Through its subsidiaries, the Company is also engaged in the promotion and marketing of inks and special effect glazes, as well as the design of jade crystal integrated lightings. The Company distributes its products both in domestic markets and to overseas markets.
