Independent Non-Executive Director's Qualification

Recently, the Company received the Reply on Qualification of Mr. Tian Suning of China Minsheng Bank by the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission (Yin Bao Jian Fu [2018] No. 176) , which approved the qualification of Mr. Tian Suning as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company.
