The board of directors (the " Board ") of China Ocean Industry Group Limited (the "Company") announces that the principal place of business in Hong Kong of the Company will be changed to Room 828, 8/F., Rykadan Capital Tower, 135 Hoi Bun Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon with effect from 6 May 2022.
