China Oil HBP Science and Technology Proposes Cash Dividend for 2012; Proposes Amendments to Articles of Association

The Annual General Meeting of China Oil HBP Science and Technology will be held on May 06, 2013. At the meeting the shareholders proposes cash dividend per 10 shares (tax included) of CNY 0.5 for 2012. The shareholders also proposes amendments to the company's articles of association.
