On April 21, 2017, Zhongzai Resource and Environment Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600217) closed the transaction. The company has completed the registration of the newly issued shares at the China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Ltd. Shanghai Branch. The company has incurred issuance expenses of CNY 7,494,812.39 and has received net proceeds of CNY 454,941,097.39 in the transaction. As a part of the transaction CNY 69,749,006 will be added to registered capital and CNY 385,192,091.39 will be added to capital reserve.
