COMPLETION NOTICE

Terms used in this Notice have the same meaning as in the explanatory statement dated 1 November 2019 (the "Explanatory Statement") relating to the proposed scheme of arrangement under sections 670 to 674 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) of Hong Kong between China Singyes Solar Technologies Holdings Limited (the "Company") and the Scheme Creditors (the "Hong Kong Scheme") and the proposed scheme of arrangement under section 99 of the Companies Act 1981 of Bermuda between the Company and the Scheme Creditors (the "Bermuda Scheme", together with Hong Kong Scheme as the "Schemes"). Reference is made to the notices of the Company dated 1 November 2019, 25 November 2019 and 16 December 2019 in relation to the meeting of the Scheme Creditors and/or effectiveness of the Schemes.

Notice is hereby given that:

1. each of the Restructuring Conditions has been satisfied and the Restructuring Effective Date occurred on 19 December 2019;
2. on the Restructuring Effective Date: (a) the Global Notes representing the Notes (ISINs:
   XS1700800417; XS1565411250; XS1089786195) have been cancelled by the Depositary;
   (b) the New Notes (ISINs: Reg S - XS2068088454; Rule 144A - XS2068088884; IAI -
   XS2068090435) have been issued by the Company; and (c) the Company has instructed that the Consent Fees, the Cash Consideration and the New Notes be distributed to the relevant clearing system accounts of the eligible Scheme Creditors and the Holding Period Trustee (as applicable) in accordance with the terms of the Schemes;
3. the New Notes are expected to be listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading
   Limited on 23 December 2019;

1. the Bar Time, which is the final deadline for submission to the Holding Period Trustee of duly completed documentation necessary to receive the Scheme Consideration on the Holding Period Expiry Date in accordance with the terms of the Schemes, will be
   5:00 p.m. (Hong Kong time) 16 March 2020. Any Scheme Creditor that has not already done this should refer to the Scheme Website at www.lucid-is.com/singyes and, in particular, the
   Account Holder Letter for further details; and
2. the Holding Period Expiry Date, which is the latest date on which the Trust Assets can be distributed in accordance with the terms of the Holding Period Trust Deed, will be 19 March 2020.
