China State Construction International Holdings Limited Appoints Wong Wai Ching as Independent Non-Executive Director, A Member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee and Sustainability Committee

The Board of Directors of China State Construction International Holdings Limited announced that Ms. Wong Wai Ching ("Ms. Wong") be appointed as independent non-executive director, a member of the audit committee, remuneration committee, nomination committee and sustainability committee of the Company with effect from the conclusion of the Board meeting of the Company held on 25 March 2022. Ms. Wong is currently acting as the managing director of Wong Sun Hing Limited.
