82447 , Taiwan (R.O.C.)
(2)In accordance with the Article 177-1 of the Company Act,
shareholders may exercise electronic voting at this AGM
elaborated on the Meeting Notice with a period from May 21,
2022 to June 19, 2022.
(3)The last day of the stock transfer is April 23, 2022,
and due to the regular holiday, it will be advanced to
April 22, 2022.
