Few will argue the restaurant industry is embracing AI. In fact, one recent report revealed50% of those polled were planning to implement the technology in the next two to three years. As brands of all sizes begin their exploration, however, they are often left more confused than when they started.

It's a conundrum that we hope to shed light on at this year's annual Fast Casual Executive Summitduring the session, AI: Getting Up Close and Personal With Your Customers.

Execs from Chipotle, Jason's Deli and Ampex Brands, which owns 400 franchise locations across Au Bon Pain, Yum Brands, Long John Silvers and 7-Eleven, share their journeys into the world of AI. They'll discuss the strategies and costs surrounding recent front-of-house and back-of-house deployments as well as how they are using the technology to collect and manage customer data.

For example, what if you knew the perfect discount to offer a particular customer by studying past purchases and syncing that with social media conversations? AI makes all of that — and more — possible.

The panelists include:

  • Eric Easton, CFO, Ampex Brands.
  • Logan Hull, director of digital restaurant experience and managing director of robotics, Chipotle Mexican Grill.
  • Gracie Prasanson, VP of sales, Jason's Deli.
  • Arun Veettil, founder & CEO, Skellam AI and Qubriux.

The Fast Casual Summit is being held Oct. 9-11 in Indianapolis. Register herebefore Sept. 9 to receive the early-bird rate.
