Chiyoda Integre Co.,Ltd. (TSE:6915) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 500,000 shares, representing 4.69% of its total shares outstanding excluding treasury shares, for a total of ¥1,600 million. The purpose of the program is to improve shareholder returns based on the medium-term management plan and to be agile in responding to changes in the business environment.
The repurchase program is valid till November 30, 2024. As of February 29, 2024, the company had 10,652,890 shares outstanding excluding treasury shares and had 976,059 shares in treasury.
