Chiyoda Integre Co.,Ltd. (TSE:6915) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 200,000 shares, representing 1.73% of its total shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares), for a total of ¥520 million. The purpose of repurchase program is to improve shareholder returns based on the medium-term management plan and to execute a flexible capital policy that responds to changes in the business environment.
The repurchase program is valid till February 28, 2023. As of October 31, 2022, the company had 11,550,030 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and had 1,978,899 shares in treasury.
