Choice Hotels International, Inc. Announces Executive Changes, Effective April 7, 2023

On March 20, 2023, Elizabeth A. Redmond, the current principal accounting officer of Choice Hotels International, Inc. (the “Company”) for the purposes of the Company's filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”), provided notice of her resignation from the Company, effective April 7, 2023. There are no disagreements between the Company and Ms. Redmond on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices in connection with her planned departure. Dominic E. Dragisich, Chief Financial Officer of the Company since March 2017 and the current principal financial officer of the Company for the purposes of the Company's filings with the SEC, will serve as the Company's principal financial officer and principal accounting officer upon Ms. Redmond's departure.
