The Board of Directors' meeting no. 5/2022 of Chu Kai Public Company Limited ("The company") held on June 16th, 2022 at 13.30 hours has unanimously resolved to appoint Mr. Charoenchai Kittisuwan, to be an Independent Director and Audit Committee in place of Mr. Mokara Kosalwit , a resigned Director. The term is equal to the remaining term of the resigned director for the remaining term of the directorship being replaced, effective from June 16th, 2022 onwards.
