Chun Yu Works & Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 2,165.64 million compared to TWD 2,696.84 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 31.05 million compared to TWD 123.43 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.11 compared to TWD 0.44 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.11 compared to TWD 0.39 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was TWD 6,238.44 million compared to TWD 8,478.49 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 126.14 million compared to TWD 432.84 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.45 compared to TWD 1.55 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.42 compared to TWD 1.49 a year ago.
CHUN YU WORKS & CO., LTD. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and trading of screws, screw caps and wire materials. The Companyâs products include spheroidized wires, polished wire rods, hexagonal screws, high-tension screws, screw bolts and screw caps for control torques, shear nails, screw caps for building construction, anchor bolts, carriage screws, hexagonal socket screws, socket fixed screws, nylon screw caps, stainless steel screw caps, tapping screws, chipboard screws, self drilling screws and stainless steel tapping screws, among others.
