First Asset Morningstar International Value Index ETF Announces Cash Distribution for the Month and Quarter Ending March 31, 2016, Payable on or before April 5, 2016

First Asset Morningstar International Value Index ETF announced cash distributions of $0.1076 per share, $0.0667 per A share, $0.1190 per B share and $0.0740 per D share for the month and quarter ending March 31, 2016. The distribution will be paid on or before April 5, 2016, to unitholders of record on March 30, 2016. The ex-dividend date in each case is March 28, 2016.
