The Cigna Foundation today announced it is accepting applications for its Health and Well-Being grant program.

This grant cycle will focus on mental health as part of the Foundation's continued commitment to improving access to care and eliminating health disparities, particularly for minority populations and underserved communities. The grant cycle will run from August 17 through September 16, 2022.

'Today more than ever before, we understand that mental health is a critical component of whole-person health, and making sure that we stay in optimal mental health allows us to live our lives to the fullest,' said Susan Stith, president, Cigna Foundation. 'By partnering with nonprofit organizations who are focused on creating more access to care as well as supporting the health care providers who deliver these valuable services, we can help ensure individuals receiving care are getting the support that best meets their needs and creates opportunities for them to live a healthier, more productive life.'
