Skelton Developments (Nottingham) Limited agreed to acquire Concorde Business Park, Maidenhead from Circle Property Plc (AIM:CRC) for approximately £12.3 million on February 24, 2023. The profit before tax for the year ended March 31, 2022 attributable to Concorde Park was £0.63 million. The transaction is subject to shareholder approval and is expected to close on March 29, 2023. The decision regarding the completion will take place at the Extraordinary General Meeting which is to be held on March 22, 2023. Following the completion of the transaction, the net proceeds from the disposal will be held as group cash and are expected to be returned to shareholders through the proposed "B Shares Issues" as announced by Circle Property on January 20, 2023, the first of which is expected to occur in March 2023. Katy Birkin and George Lawson of Cenkos Securities plc (AIM:CNKS) and Joshua Cryer and Iain Daly of Radnor Capital Partners Limited acted as the financial advisors to Circle Property Plc (AIM:CRC).
