CircuTech International Holdings Limited provided consolidated earnings guidance for the six months ended December 31, 2016. The board of directors of the company announced that, based on the preliminary review by the Board of the unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Group for the six months ended December 31, 2016, the Group expects to record a consolidated net loss of not more than HKD 8,200,000 for the six months ended December 31, 2016. The Board considers that the increase in the net loss of the Group for the six months ended December 31, 2016 as compared to the corresponding period ended December 31, 2015 is mainly attributable to, among others, the following factors: decrease in revenue of the video and surveillance product line due to increased competition; and increase in general operational, administrative expenses and professional fees following the close of the unconditional mandatory general offer in June 2016 in order to pursue new, strategic customers to grow the Group's sales and distribution of third party IT products and the post-sales support services to enhance shareholders' returns as a whole.
