Clarification of News Report

We confirm that the statement was made during the PSE STAR - Bloomberg Investor Day on August 17, 2022 where CREIT presented updates on the company. The aforementioned statement refers to the plan of the sponsor, Citicore Renewable Energy Corporation ("CREC"), to develop more power projects until 2025, which, necessarily, would still be subject to relevant approvals and timely completion before these shall be infused into the REIT portfolio.
