NOTIFICATION ON APPLICATION FOR STRIKING OFF CDLHT CAMBRIDGE CITY PTE. LTD.

The Board of Directors of M&C REIT Management Limited, as manager of CDL Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust ("H-REIT"), wishes to announce that CDLHT Cambridge City Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of DBS Trustee Limited (as trustee of H-REIT) incorporated in Singapore, being a company which has not commenced business since its incorporation, has submitted a striking off application to the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority on 13 May 2016 pursuant to Section 344A of the Companies Act, Chapter 50.

The striking off of CDLHT Cambridge Pte. Ltd. is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets and earnings per share of the CDL Hospitality Trusts Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2016.
