CJ Century Logistics Holdings Berhad Announces Cessation of Sung Hyunsup as Non Independent and Non Executive Member of Nomination Committee

CJ Century Logistics Holdings Berhad announced cessation of Mr. Sung Hyunsup, age 49 as Non Independent and Non Executive Member of Nomination Committee, with an effect on March 08, 2024. Composition of Nomination Committee(Name and Directorate of members after change): The new composition of the Nomination Committee would be as follows:-Chairman- Datuk Lee Say Tshin (Independent Non-Executive Director). Members: Mr. Winston Tan Kheng Huang (Independent Non-Executive Director), Puan Saryani Binti Che Ab Rahman (Independent Non-Executive Director), Mr. Kim Gwon Woong (Non-Independent Non-Executive Director).

Following the resignation of Mr. Sung Hyunsup as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, he also ceased to be a member of the Nomination Committee.
