CK Hutchison Holdings Limited Announces Demise of Cheng Hoi Chuen, Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee and a Member of the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee

The board of directors of CK Hutchison Holdings Limited announce that Mr. Cheng Hoi Chuen, Vincent GBS, OBE, JP ("Mr. Cheng"), an Independent Non-executive Director ("INED"), Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee of the Company, passed away on 28 August 2022. Mr. Cheng had been an INED of the Company since June 2015, and had served on the board of Hutchison Whampoa Limited from 2014 to 2015.
