CK Infrastructure Holdings Limited Proposes Final Ordinary Dividend for the Year Ended 31 December, 2021, Payable on 08 June 2022

The Board of Directors of CK Infrastructure Holdings Limited has recommended a final ordinary dividend of HKD 1.81 per share. The proposed dividend will be paid on 8th June, 2022, subject to approval at the 2022 Annual General Meeting to those shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company at the close of business on 23rd May, 2022. Date of shareholders' approval is 17 May 2022.

Ex-dividend date is 20 May 2022.
