The board of directors of CL Group (Holdings) Limited announced that Mr. Alexis Ventouras has been appointed as the chairman and executive director of the company with effect from 21 March 2012. Mr. Ventouras has over 20 years' experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining the company, he worked at Songland Ltd. as Senior Vice President of Business Development.
