Clean & Science Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A045520) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 1,000 million worth of its shares under the contract with Samsung Securities Co. Ltd. The purpose of the program is to stabilize the stock price and to enhance the shareholders’ value. The program will be valid till June 27, 2019. As of December 13, 2018, the company had 260,000 shares in treasury under the dividend capacity and nil shares in treasury under other capacities.
Clean & Science co., Ltd is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture of filter papers. The Company produces automobile use filter papers for oil filters, air conditioner filers, fuel filters and others, and industrial use filter papers for thermoelectric power plant gas turbine filters, industrial machine tool cutting filters, compressor filters and dry cleaning filters under the brand name JAF. In addition, it is engaged in the production of filter papers and filters used for air purification, air conditioners and others under the brand name HPFT. The Company also produces melt blown used for heating, ventilating, air conditioning and waste water treatment.
