Clear Skies Solar (CSS) also is announcing the approval of the rebate issued on Nov. 2, 2009 from the Colton Electric Utility. The five year rebate/incentive will total approximately $1,696,000.00 and, along with the 30 percent federal cash rebate, makes this a great investment for Microdyne Plastics.

The system engineering will be starting in the 4th Quarter of 2009 and pending building permits should be completed with-in 90 days from date of issuance.

As previously discussed by CSS, the solar markets are returning to health with strong growth expected for CSS in the U.S. CSS is now poised to expand the U.S. market due to their low cost of installation directly tied to the diverse experience in the Engineering, electrical and construction fields. "Our in-house talent reduces the need to hire sub-contractors as most other companies do. This practice only adds to the client cost and in some cases the added charges can be quite high. We operate consistently with both quality and strong client support," says Ezra Green, CEO of Clear Skies Solar.

"We look forward to executing this project for Microdyne systems and applaud their initiative to go "green". The benefits of a solar system are numerous both financially as well as being environmentally responsible. The savings to MDP will be immediate and expect the system to far out-perform the 25 year guarantee the manufacturers offer on the panels with very minor maintenance. The electricity consumed by companies is usually a major component to corporate operating overhead. Solar electricity can reduce this cost dramatically and in some circumstances, in its entirety usually limited only by roof top or property size," added Green.

"We are looking forward to working with Clear Skies Solar and have chosen CSS to be the contractor on our project. Their engineering and finance department made this an easy choice for us and we appreciated the details and options they brought to the table," says Ron Brown, CEO of Microdyne Plastics.

With the solar rebate assigned as of Nov. 2, 2009 and pending financing, work will be starting in the 4th qtr 2009 with completion Q1, 2010. The 100% financing of this project is anticipated due to the 30% Federal tax rebate as well as the generous 33% Colton Utility Incentive program making this project a strong investment for our financing partners.
