Clearvise AG entered into memorandum of understanding to acquire 166 MW European wind and solar portfolio from Pacifico Renewables Yield AG.

Clearvise AG (XTRA:ABO) entered into memorandum of understanding to acquire 166 MW European wind and solar portfolio from Pacifico Renewables Yield AG (XTRA:PRY) on July 14, 2022. As part of a two-stage transaction, clearvise would acquire Pacifico's 166 MW European wind and solar portfolio in full against the issuance of new shares and cash settlement.
