En virtud de lo previsto en el artículo 17 del Reglamento (UE) nº 596/2014 sobre abuso de mercado y en el artículo 228 del texto refundido de la Ley del Mercado de Valores, aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 4/2015, de 23 de octubre, y disposiciones concordantes, así como en la Circular 3/2020 del segmento de negociación BME Growth de BME MTF Equity, ponemos en su conocimiento la siguiente información relativa a CLERHP Estructuras, S.A.:

CLERHP constituye una nueva sociedad para desarrollar su

mercado en la República Dominicana

CLERHP Estructuras, S.A. acaba de constituir en la República Dominicana la sociedad "INGENIERIA Y ESTRUCTURAS DEL CARIBE-INECAR, S.R.L.", cuyo objeto social es la construcción, reparación y reforma de edificios residenciales, así como las instalaciones de carpintería metálica y no metálica y las obras de ingeniería civil en general.

El desarrollo de los mercados de Bolivia, Paraguay y República Dominicana centrarán la expansión de CLERHP en América, en detrimento de Uruguay, cuyo interés ha decaído.

CLERHP Estructuras, S.A. The company "INGENIERIA Y ESTRUCTURAS DEL CARIBE- INECAR, SRL" has just set up in the Dominican Republic, the corporate purpose of which is the construction, repair and reform of residential buildings, as well as metallic and non-metallic carpentry installations and engineering works civil in general.

The development of the markets of Bolivia, Paraguay and the Dominican Republic will focus the expansion of CLERHP in America, to the detriment of Uruguay, whose interest has waned.
