En virtud de lo previsto en el artículo 17 del Reglamento (UE) nº 596/2014 sobre abuso de mercado y en el artículo 228 del texto refundido de la Ley del Mercado de Valores, aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 4/2015, de 23 de octubre, y disposiciones concordantes, así como en la Circular 3/2020 del segmento de negociación BME Growth de BME MTF Equity, ponemos en su conocimiento la siguiente información relativa a CLERHP Estructuras, S.A.:

Clerhp entra en el capital de Natus Fortunatus Real State

S.R.L.

El pasado 29 de marzo CLERHP Estructuras su entrada en el capital de Natus Fortunatus Real State S.R.L. con una participación de control del 53%.

Natus Fortunatus Real State S.R.L. es una pequeña compañía promotora de República Dominicana con la que CLERHP había ya firmado un contrato para la ejecución de 64 viviendas de bajo coste y, adicionalmente, va a desarrollar otros dos proyectos de 12 y 90 viviendas en la misma área de Verón (ver OIR de fecha 25 de marzo de 2022).

En el acuerdo alcanzado, CLERHP además será la responsable de la realización de la ingeniería y la construcción de los proyectos de Natus, que prevén estar concluidos en octubre de 2023.

Este acuerdo supone un incremento de la cartera de obras de aproximadamente en 3,5 millones de euros, además de aportar beneficios por la consolidación en el grupo de la actividad de promoción inmobiliaria de Natus.

Clerhp enters the capital of Natus Fortunatus Real State

S.R.L.

On March 29, CLERHP Structures its entry into the capital of Natus Fortunatus Real State S.R.L. with a controlling interest of 53%.

Natus Fortunatus Real State S.R.L. is a small development company from the Dominican Republic with which CLERHP had already signed a contract for the execution of 64 low-cost homes and, additionally, it is going to develop two other projects of 12 and 90 homes in the same area of Verón (see OIR dated March 25, 2022). In the agreement reached, CLERHP will also be responsible for carrying out the engineering and construction of the Natus projects, which are expected to be completed in October 2023.

This agreement represents an increase in the portfolio of works of approximately 3.5 million euros, in addition to providing benefits due to the consolidation of Natus' real estate development activity in the group.
