En virtud de lo previsto en el artículo 17 del Reglamento (UE) nº 596/2014 sobre abuso de mercado y en el artículo 228 del texto refundido de la Ley del Mercado de Valores, aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 4/2015, de 23 de octubre, y disposiciones concordantes, así como en la Circular 3/2020 del segmento de negociación BME Growth de BME MTF Equity, ponemos en su conocimiento la siguiente información relativa a CLERHP Estructuras, S.A.:
Clerhp suscribe un nuevo contratoen Republica
Dominicana por 1,6 MM de euros
La filial Ingeniería y Estructuras del Caribe-Inecar S.R.L. ha firmado un nuevo contrato de asistencia técnica y construcción por importe de 1.772.855,43 U$D (1.601.154 euros aproximadamente) con la empresa Isla Cana Investiment, S.R.L., para el proyecto Ocean Bay Luxury Beach Residences Zonas I y IV.

1.6 million euros
The subsidiary Ingeniería y Estructuras del Caribe-Inecar S.R.L. has signed a new technical assistance and construction contract amounting to 1,772,855.43 U$D (approximately 1,601,154 euros) with the company Isla Cana Investiment, S.R.L., for the Ocean Bay Luxury Beach Residences Zones I and IV project.
